Currency
Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB). For PayPal and foreign cards, currency conversion is handled automatically at your card issuer's exchange rate. No hidden markup from us.
Receipts & Withholding Tax
An e-receipt is sent to your email automatically after each payment. AsiaGB operates as a sole proprietor (individual taxpayer), so we do not issue VAT tax invoices. Corporate customers can withhold 3% tax under Thai law (ภ.ง.ด.3) — contact our team via Support Ticket for the required documents.
Renewals
Email reminders are sent 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Renew anytime from your Client Area. Credit and debit cards can be set up for automatic renewal.

How long does it take to activate my service after payment?
PayPal and credit card payments activate automatically within minutes. For bank transfers, our team verifies and activates within 1–4 hours during business hours (09:00–22:00 ICT, 7 days a week).
Are there any extra fees for online payment?
No surcharge for standard methods — bank transfer, PromptPay, PayPal, and credit/debit card all have no extra fees. Cryptocurrency payments carry a +2% surcharge on the invoice total. (Your card issuer may also apply a foreign exchange fee for non-THB currencies.)
Can I pay with an international credit card?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX from any country are accepted via Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security standard in the payment industry.
What should I do if I transferred the wrong amount?
Contact Support immediately via email [email protected] or open a Ticket at billing.in.th. Attach your slip and order details. Our team will review and adjust the balance within 1 hour.
Can corporate customers withhold tax?
Yes. AsiaGB operates as a sole proprietor (individual taxpayer), so corporate customers can withhold 3% tax under Thai law (ภ.ง.ด.3). We provide official receipts and the required supporting documents — contact our team via Support Ticket after paying.
How do I pay with Cryptocurrency?
At billing.in.th checkout, select "Cryptocurrency" as your payment method. The system will automatically display the wallet address and exact amount to send (invoice total + 2%) — no need to contact support. Your service will be activated once the on-chain transaction is confirmed.
Can I prepay for multiple years to save money?
Yes. Most services support prepayment for up to 3 years, locking in the current price and saving on renewal costs. Contact Support for multi-year pricing on your plan.
