Is migration really free? Any hidden fees?

Will my site go down during migration?
We use a zero-downtime process — files and DB are staged on the new server first, then DNS is switched. Most users never notice the transition. During DNS propagation (up to 24h) some browsers may still hit the old server, but both sides remain functional.
How long does migration take?
Typically 1-2 business days, depending on site size. Larger sites (>10 GB) or multi-site accounts may take 3-5 days. We'll confirm the timeline after reviewing your ticket.
Which platforms do you support?
All major platforms: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Magento, Laravel, CodeIgniter, plain HTML/PHP, plus MySQL/MariaDB databases and email accounts. If your site uses an unusual stack (Node.js, Ruby, Python), please consult our team first.
Can I migrate from cPanel?
Yes. Our team specializes in cPanel to DirectAdmin migrations — files, databases, emails, .htaccess, cron jobs all transferred. We also support Plesk and Hostinger hPanel.
What do I need to prepare before opening a ticket?
Three things: (1) the URL of the site to migrate, (2) login credentials for the existing cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk (URL + user + pass), (3) access to the domain registrar (if you want us to help with nameserver changes). If you prefer not to share passwords, you can provide a .tar.gz backup instead.
What if something breaks after migration?
We guarantee the migration — if anything is broken after move, we fix it for free. If we can't fix it and you want to revert, your original server remains untouched throughout the process — no files are deleted on the source side.
