PayPal provides 2FA and Buyer Protection. For Crypto payments, all transactions occur on public blockchains, making them fully transparent and verifiable.

Renewals and Re-ordering

AsiaGB uses manual per-order payments. The system sends renewal reminder emails 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before your service expires. You can pay to renew at any time through the billing portal. The earlier you renew, the sooner the new term is applied — there is no gap in coverage if you pay before expiry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which payment method is the fastest?

PromptPay QR (Thailand only) and credit/debit card via Stripe are the fastest. Service activates automatically within 1–5 minutes, with no manual steps required.

When does service activate after paying with Crypto?

Service activates automatically once the transaction receives blockchain confirmations. Bitcoin and USDT TRC-20 typically confirm in 10–30 minutes. ETH and USDT ERC-20 may take longer during periods of high network congestion.

How long does an international SWIFT bank transfer take?

Typically 1–5 business days, depending on your sending bank and any intermediary correspondent banks. Once funds arrive in AsiaGB's account, service will be activated within 1 business day. Note: your sending bank may charge its own SWIFT fees.

Can I pay with PayPal from outside Thailand?

Yes. PayPal works for international customers. You can pay with your PayPal balance or any credit card linked to your account. AsiaGB does not charge a surcharge for PayPal. However, PayPal itself may apply a currency conversion fee if you pay in a currency other than USD.

Why is there a 2% surcharge for Crypto?

The 2% surcharge covers the cost of converting Cryptocurrency to Thai Baht and provides a buffer against price volatility between the time you pay and when we process the conversion. It is calculated on the total order amount before VAT.

I paid but didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

First, check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there, log in to billing.in.th to check your order status. If the order shows as unpaid, contact the support team via Ticket, Line, or Email with your payment proof attached.
